Incidental Finding of Bullous Concha by Cone Beam Computed Tomography

This study aimed to describe the imaging aspects of a concha bullosa discovered incidentally by means cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging. A female patient underwent CBCT exam, and bilateral extensive pneumatization middle was verified, presenting larger dimension right side deviated septum. The reported nasal obstruction loss smell. for covering maxillofacial region allowed discovery this incidental finding, allowing be referred appropriate treatment.
